The Sun Life Account Executive Development Program (AEDP) is a new graduate rotational training program that will prepare you for a fast-paced career in sales as a Sun Life Account Executive. You will have the opportunity to accelerate and deepen your knowledge of the group benefits business by advancing through two rotations over two years. During the program, you will receive individualized learning opportunities and coaching from the Program Manager and Business leaders.
