Student Experience Office – Adjustment to Summer Site-Based Service Availability
The Student Experience team is increasing the availability of Monday through Thursday site based (RJC) appointments this summer, effective June 5. You will see increased team members on site at the RJC and increased availability of in-person meeting options. Students are still able to choose modality when scheduling appointments.
To achieve this site based increase, all Student Experience services delivered on a Friday will be offered virtually.
The Student Experience team will return to offering site-based in-person services five days a week on August 14.
A summary of the changes follow:
Student Experience Service Modality Options
- June 5 to August 11
- Monday to Thursday – Site Based and Virtual Services
- Friday – Virtual Services
This change to service delivery does not impact building hours, the RJC concierge desk and room booking system, or the availability of services. It is restricted to Student Experience service modality.
