Registration Open! Maple Syrup Experience
Fresh Ontario maple syrup begins flowing at Bronte Creek Provincial Park on the first Saturday in March when the park’s annual Maple Syrup Festival gets underway.
Discover nature’s sweetest treat! You will explore historical methods of Maple Syrup production pre-1900. During the program, you will have the opportunity to help the tour guide identify sugar maple trees, tap the tree and learn about different historical methods of making maple syrup and sugar.

Please note:
- This program duration is approximately 2 hours and is conducted outside (dress for the weather)
- International students will be prioritized in the event that space becomes limited
- Shuttle transportation will be provided between RJC & Bronte Creek (more details to follow)
