RBC: Leadership Development Program 2023

The RBC Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to build future leaders of RBC. This is a two-year rotational program that allows you the opportunity to enhance your professional skills through four 6-month assignments. Explore the challenges of working on complex business issues requiring strategic thinking, innovation and strong analytical skills. Work with leaders while developing an understanding of the importance of collaboration and how you can make a difference.

Applications for the Leadership Development Program 2023 recruitment process are open until June 11.

Eligibility Criteria: Students enrolled in MBA & Masters programs and graduating between Fall 2023 / Spring 2024 with a minimum of 3 – 7 years prior work experience & eligible to work in Canada.

Applications must be submitted by June 11 11:59 pm EST.
