Proof of Graduation Letters

If you are a student in your final term and require proof of graduation letters for work permits or employment contracts:

  • Email your request to askmba@mcmaster.ca AFTER all final grades appear in you Mosaic Student Centre
    • Please include your student number
  • An Academic Advisor will manually review your student record to confirm that degree requirements have been met and will provide a PDF version of the letter to you via email within 2 business days.
  • Please note: We are unable to provide letters if there are outstanding grades.
