Online Grief Support Sharing Circle
A mutual support group for students who are experiencing loss or anticipatory grief, due to the death of a loved one. This group is a safe and confidential space for sharing experiences of grief while respecting each other’s questions, feelings, viewpoints, or spirituality as it relates to each person’s healing process.
Find support through: facilitated reflective exercises, education about grief and loss, peer sharing and support, creative exercises, mindfulness and self-compassion based exercises.
February’s Theme: Remembering My Loved Ones and Relating to Others. Bring with you a stone or a heavy object (ie jar) that you can decorate, along with any art supplies you have.
The dates and times for the winter term are Thursdays from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. on:

- March 11
- April 8
