Mindful Mornings
Mindful Mornings: Tuesdays 9 – 9:20 a.m., online at opencircle.mcmaster.ca/events.
Begin your day with a guided mindfulness practice and a check-in on your intentions for the week. Build a strong and grounded start to your day in the company of others. We begin with a quote, then a guided meditation, followed by an option to post a short response to a check in question.
Open Circle’s Reflection Circle Guidelines:
- Creating an atmosphere of freedom, safety, and respect
- Respecting each others’ ideas, opinions, feelings, & questions
- Working to see that everyone feels the freedom to participate or pass
- Respecting confidentiality
