Lime Connect: Program for Young Professionals with Disabilities

Applications are open for the Fall 2023 cohort of The Lime Connect Foundations Program for Young Professionals with Disabilities.

Have more experience/ Applying to become a mentor?

Here are 3 reasons why you should join the program:

• Build a community and network for young professionals with disabilities
• Access to career tools and disability strategies that further your professional goals
• Deepen your connection to disability as a strength through mentoring and coaching

This program will provide participants with:

• 1:1 sessions with a personal Career Coach
• Access to experienced professionals with disabilities in leadership roles that will serve as Mentors
• Small group discussions around disclosure, strengths, and networking
• A community of high-achieving professionals with disabilities

Eligible members should:

• Be a member of the Lime Network
• Have 1-5 years of work experience (1-3 years for Spring or 3-5 for Fall cohorts)
• Be a young professional with a disability

How to Apply:
