Learn how to publish your own article in The Conversation Canada
You’re invited to join McMaster’s Media Relations team on Tuesday May 23 from 10 to 11:30 am in MDCL 3020 for a chance to meet with Conversation Canada Editor-in-Chief Scott White, formerly Editor-in-Chief at The Canadian Press.
White will explain the work of The Conversation and guide faculty, post docs and graduate-student authors on how to get their ideas published while making the most of the experience.
McMaster is a founding member of and leading contributor to The Conversation Canada, a non-profit, academic-journalistic partnership that serves a broad, informed audience by inviting, editing and publishing analytical and explanatory articles by academic authors. It is part of a global network of Conversation sites.
Globally, The Conversation reaches a significant and influential audience of more than 10 million monthly users. Its readership includes journalistic, academic and government influencers, and it makes all its content available to media outlets to republish at no charge.
Articles by McMaster authors are frequently republished in major Canadian and international newspapers and news outlets, and typically generate media interviews with authors.
