Last call to be a DeGroote Leader

Listen up MBA students! Our team isn’t full yet! If you’re a senior co-op or full-time student finishing classes in December 2023 or April 2024, here’s another chance to send in your application for the DeGroote Leader position and be a part of the DeGroote Leadership Development Program 2023.

Given the number of student requests, the DeGroote Leader applications are open for a second round! It’s the final opportunity to apply for this year’s DLDP team. We are looking to bring on board up to ten (10) more DeGroote Leaders. With this second (and final) round, we have the opportunity to further strengthen the diversity of our DeGroote Leader team for Fall 2023. From program stream – to cultural backgrounds – to specializations, our focus is to recruit a DL team that reflects the diversity of the MBA student community to support the Fall 2023 incoming students’ transition throughout the Fall term (from Onboarding through to exams in December).

As a DeGroote Leader, you will:

• Develop your communication, leadership and mentorship skills while sharing your experiences with first-year students
• Facilitate an environment of inclusion, collaboration, and diversity during Onboarding Week as the new cohort begins their journey in Fall 2023.

The DLDP Program Coordinators and the Director, Student Experience will review all applications. If you are selected, the team will contact you to set up an interview.
