How To Request a Proof of Completion Letter
The SE-Academic Office is happy to provide students with “proof of completion letters” if required for employers or immigration applications.
How to request a letter:
- Send an email to askmba@mcmaster.ca after you confirm that all grades have been submitted, approved and posted in Mosaic.
- Include your full name, student number and details of the information required in the letter.
- In most cases, a PDF version of the letter will be emailed to you within 2 business days of the request.

Dear Maddy.
My name is Fahim Munir kanji, I am a current member of the Mcmaster university engineering department with completed courses in the fall 2023 semester. All my grades , marks are approved in mosaic And a copy of official transcript has been sent to me through parchment. I am kindly requesting for a proof of completion letter in order for me to apply for post graduate work permit as it being one of the mega guidelines in dual with transcript for them to accept the PGWP.
please and kindly advice me for further steps.
