Guided Mindfulness Session | November 3
The DCS Mental Health and Wellness Fund is excited to announce their next event, Guided Mindfulness for Success. This event is perfect if you’re feeling like you need to take a break and focus on your wellness.
Dr. Sevigny will briefly discuss the value of the fine arts of mindfulness and how it can help you unlock leadership and relationship skills. We will then take part in several mindfulness breathing, relaxation and concentration exercises.
