Empowering Black Student Success: Building Confidence in the Workplace
As part of the Black Student Success Centre objectives to ensure that every Black student at McMaster is supported in a way that allows them to thrive and make accelerated professional progress, they have launched a new series, Black @ Work: Career Conversations, to provide career and personal development support to our Black students.

The discussion will be on the topic, Building Confidence in the Workplace.
Please join and listen to the distinguished panelists, Celeste Licorish, Nathan Andrews and Paul Ogunkoya, who are part of the McMaster Community, functioning in their roles as members of faculty and staff in various departments. This event will be an interactive session where they will share their experiences and insights with our students on how to navigate the work environment, possible challenges that may occur and tips on how to build the confidence that is required to thrive in the career space, as future Black employees.
