Dates and Deadlines for Graduating Students

If you are declaring a minor, you will need to do so in Mosaic by October 17. You can do so via the Minor & Certificate tile on Mosaic.

Not able to attend the ceremony? You must submit your request to defer convocation by November 14 via the Request to Defer Attendance at Convocation form.

If you require your diploma for immigration or employment purposes, prior to convocation, please submit your request for early conferral via Service Requests and complete the Convocation Forms tile on Mosaic.

If you want to have your name on your diploma changed, you must submit the request no later than October 24.
