Core Communication Skills for Leaders Workshop on MS TEAMS!

This workshop digs into communication skills and approaches important for people in or aspiring to leadership or management positions, though the lessons in it are important and helpful for anyone working within an organization. Dive deeper into aspects of organizational communication and behaviour such as power structures and their effect on communication, understanding your role in a group within a communication context, specific communication strategies and techniques, etc. Incorporate some of the skills we’ve seen in the first two workshops but puts them in a different context (interpersonal communication vs. giving a presentation) which often creates a whole new learning experience.
