Co-Chair Applications for High School Business Heroes (HSBH)

Our 15th Season of High School Business Heroes was full of success and growth as we continued to expand the competition not only across Ontario, but across Canada, and the globe!

Now it is time to pass on the torch and hire the Co-Chairs for Season 16 of HSBH. The Co-Chairs of HSBH are the leaders and role-models for a driven, passionate team of individuals, mutually working towards a common end goal. In this role, you will be required to exhibit initiative, effective decision-making, and excellent communication skills while working to create and execute the case competition.

As Co-Chair these are some of the major tasks that you will be responsible for:

• Recruiting and selecting an executive team to help carry out various responsibilities throughout the year
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of High School Ambassadors and HSBH Mentors
• Plan and run weekly meetings with the executive team
• Maintain effective communication with the DeGroote School of Business Recruitment Office
