Canadian Tire: Emerging Marketers – Rotational Program Recruitment
Canadian Tire’s Emerging Marker Rotational Program is two-year post graduate program where new grads have the opportunity to work on three different marketing teams, lead top projects that are shaping the retail industry, and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to bring marketing initiatives to life. By the end of the program, new grads can expect to have gained foundational knowledge and experience in: strategic marketing (advertising & brand strategy), digital marketing, community & ESG, marketing promotions & planning, loyalty and customer insights, eCommerce and more.
They will be hosting an Emerging Marketers’ Rotational Program Recruitment Night, open for students pursing an undergraduate degree in BBA, BComm, or others who are interested in marketing and expected to graduate by the summer of 2024.

The event will consist of a keynote speaker from CTC’s senior leadership, more presentations on the program and interview process, as well as networking with current and past EMs and other leaders at the company.
