NAIOP Student Connections Program: Call for Mentees
Student Connections is a special mentoring program that will allow university students to select their own mentors from a group of over 50 accomplished young professionals in the commercial real estate industry.
Participating students will benefit from the knowledge and career guidance of the program mentors when mentorship session-booking starts in early November.
What you need to know:
- The mentors are members of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and you can read their biographies on the dedicated mentorship website
- In the Student Connections Program, students who register will be guaranteed the opportunity to book hour-long sessions with two (2) different mentors. That’s 120 minutes of one-on-one face time to seek advice regarding the commercial real estate topics important to them.
- For a complete understanding of how this mentorship program works, please read Mentoring Matches and How Mentees and Mentors Connect (Note: for the purpose of the Student Connections program, university students are considered the Developing Leader Mentees)
For consideration of one of the eight allocated DeGroote spots, please email your interest to dlittle@mcmaster.ca by 12 p.m. (EST) on Friday, October 23.
