Submitted by Alexis Maynard for Student Experience - Academic

On Tuesday, February 2, you received a link via your McMaster email to the 2021 AACSB Survey.

What we need you to do:

  • Take 5-10 minutes to complete the survey by Sunday, February 14
  • You can fill it out as soon as you receive it or use upcoming class time that will be allocated in at least one of your required Winter term courses
  • Share your honest feedback and ideas – your opinion matters!

Why is the AACSB Survey important?

  • This is your chance to provide your feedback so that we can enhance your student experience!
  • Based on the results of last year’s survey, we expanded our services, including:
    • Tutoring options available to first and second year students
    • Information on degree requirements and options (new BCom FAQ, Information Sessions)
    • Options for meeting with your Student Experience team (Commerce 1GR0, new Academic Advising Spotlight Series)
    • Upper year areas of focus – stay tuned, more information is coming soon on this!

What is the AACSB accreditation?

  • AACSB business accreditation signals to the world that an institution has met the most rigorous standards of excellence in business education
  • Institutions that bear the AACSB-accredited mark demonstrate they are committed to upholding and advancing the quality of their programs at the undergraduate and graduate level

Questions? You can drop by our Discord channel #Bcom-desk-chat every day from 2 – 3:30 p.m. (EST) to chat with someone from the BCom team.
