I am an Assistant Professor at the Telfer School of Management at University of Ottawa. I currently teach undergraduate (BCom) and graduate (MBA and MSc) courses in Information Systems and e-Business Technologies.
I conduct empirical research along socio-technical investigation themes in the fields of Information Systems and Knowledge Management. I am currently engaged in projects along these three research themes:
- adoption and use of Enterprise Social Computing (Enterprise 2.0) within the context of an organization’s knowledge management environment
- key success factors for pervasive business intelligence (BI) vis-à-vis determinants for widespread end-user adoption, as well as, best practices for enterprise information architecture ;
- drivers and barriers for the adoption of online personal health records in Canada.
My academic qualifications include a PhD in Information Systems and an MBA in e-Business and Strategic Knowledge Management.
