Steve joined the PhD program in Business Administration in September 2007 with a keen interest in knowledge sharing and information systems security. His early research has covered topics on mobile commerce and authentication systems, focusing on metrics and applying technology in industry. His current research is examining the use of IT for coordination during multi-agency crisis response.

Steven has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry specializing in internet technologies, acting as a consultant and holding positions from Web Developer to Director of Technology. Steven is part-owner and operator of a successful online business which he and his wife acquired in 2008.
