Laite jointed the PhD in Finance program in September 2016. Before that, he got a Master of Finance degree at DeGroote School of Business in 2016 and Bachelor degrees from the Economics & Business & Law Comprehensive Edu. Pro. at Nankai University in 2015. His focus of research is asset pricing, especially issues related to holding periods, characteristics vs factors, time-series vs cross-section, information, etc..
