I am interested in the strategic management of information technology and innovation, both in the private and healthcare sectors. I examine the use of information systems both at the industry level and the consumer level. My field necessitates an understanding of the complex interplay among a broad base of knowledge including Business Process Reengineering, E-Business Systems, Consumer Health Informatics, Information Retrieval Systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, Internet Law, Innovation Management, Management Information Systems, Strategy, Consumer Behaviour and Human Computer Interaction.
Thesis Title: Consumer Satisfaction with Online Health Information: A Theoretical Model and an Empirical Study.
