Chun-Hsiao’s research interests include host country perspective of expatriate management, organizational citizenship behaviour, and strategic human resource management. Chun-Hsiao also has a passion for HR issues of migrant workers.

Prior to his doctorate study, Chun-Hsiao gained HR experience from an internship at Ford Motor Taiwan and as a HR specialist at a multinational company. Chun-Hsiao currently runs his own online educational agency and has completed his compulsory military duty as a corporal with the R.O.C. Air Force with pride.

Chun-Hsiao was awarded the McMaster International Excellence Award (2011-2012).
