Ruinan Liu joined the Ph.D. program in Finance in September 2021. His current research interests include corporate governance, labor markets and financial institutions.

Before joining the PhD program at DeGroote School of Business, Ruinan worked in a consulting company as an analyst focusing on technology sector and government affairs in China. Also, he had worked as an analyst at a mining company in China.
