Description
“Taking charge during times of rapid change and workplace instability.”
In these stressful, some would say chaotic, times, there is an increased need for managers and supervisors to meet objectives and requirements of the organization AND maintain the well-being, health and safety of their employees.
We are in a time of unprecedented change. Organizations are facing burned out employees, a labour shortage, supply chain challenges, economic pressures and much more. Employees at all levels are concerned about what is going on in the world. Attracting, engaging, and retaining high quality employees is critical to moving forward, and the difference between success and failure depends on how leaders empathize, engage, motivate, inspire, support and use the talents of their people.
The leader’s job is to create value by keeping tasks on track and leading people, and the latter is essential to delivering results. This program is designed to assist participants in understanding that to create value, they have to create value for all the key players, including employees, customers, and the organization itself, and to outline key building blocks to do just that.
