Health Policy and Management
Jenna M. Evans is an assistant professor of Health Policy and Management at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. She uses qualitative and mixed methods to examine the determinants of health system performance and integrated care delivery. In particular, her work draws from multiple disciplines to direct attention to the often neglected contextual, social, and psychological factors influencing efforts to improve healthcare delivery. Her research has garnered awards from the Academy of Management, European Foundation for Management Development, Canadian Association of Health Services and Policy Research, and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
